We have a 30-day return policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 30 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We can then assess the issue and resolve it for you.
Exceptions/Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (beauty products, for example). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchange
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the item you have and purchase the new one separately once your return is accepted.
Legal Cooling-Off Period of 14 Days in the EU
In addition to the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing reasons. As with the above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically within ten working days via the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
